Moonstruck

Loretta is going to marry Johnny, but she doesn’t really love him. When he has to leave suddenly to care for his dying mother in Italy, he asks Loretta to invite his estranged brother, Ronny, to the wedding. Loretta visits the Brooklyn bakery that Ronny runs, and finds a very angry, passionate man. Ronny blames Johnny for his missing hand and his ruined life, and he reacts strongly to the news of Johnny’s wedding. Loretta and Ronny end up in Ronny’s apartment above the bakery.
