Jack rants about the joke of life.
Jack wakes up in Parry's domicile. Parry proceeds to tell Jack he is the janitor of god on a mission for the holy grail.
Jack comes back from his crazy night in homeless land. Anne thinks he's lying and confronts him about thinking he's having an affair.
Jack tries to get Parry to understand how things really are. He pushes Parry far enough that Parry has a little psychotic break.
Rob goes to buy records from a woman, but the records are worth way more than she's asking for. He tries to buy them at list price, but she refuses.
Levine convinces Williamson to give him leads for a percentage of the sale.
Courtroom scene. Kaffee questions Howard on code red. Ross questions Howard to find code red in the handbook for new recruits, which isn't there. Kaffee fires back with asking him to find the cafeteria in the book.
Billy comes to visit Josh in his new office, and is incredibly jealous.
Billy comes to Josh with the news that he's found the wishing machine. But Josh has turned into a grown up. Billy gets pissed.
Lilly is giving Roy a hard time about his relationship with his mother. He tells Lilly he hasn't seen his mother in 7 years, then his mother walks in the door with a story to tell.
Lilly runs into Bobo, and is driving with him. He is pissed at her from messing up her job with the horse race. She tries to get out of it. Just after the scene he tortures her a little bit.
Roy runs into his mother Lilly at a holiday Inn in San Diego for an awkward meeting.
Roy tells Myra he doesn't want to work with her. Good fight scene.
Lilly comes to Roy to get the money she needs. Roy will not give it to her. She tries EVERY method she can think of (even trying to convince her son they aren't related so she can seduce him), then she smashes a vase on his head and he dies.
Pupkin finally gets up the nerve to ask Rita out on a date. He tries everything to get her to go out with him.
Pupkin is on a date with Rita telling her he'll make it big, but she thinks it's all hilarious. She gets a call from the guy at the bar and has to leave, and Pupkin keeps pursuing.
Pupkin tries to see Langford and gets stopped by the secretary. He pushes enough to get Cathy Long out to see him. She tells him she saw the tape and it was good, but a little weak. She also tells him he has no personality.
Pupkin has kidnapped Langford, and is being interrogated by the police. He is very nice about it, but he says Langford will die unless he gets to be on the show. They put him under arrest, and he says that he needs makeup.
Pupkin and Marsha force Langford to call his office and tell them there is a gun to his head, and unless Pupkin goes on the show, Langford with die.
Pupkin does his monologue on the show.
