Jack wakes up in Parry's domicile. Parry proceeds to tell Jack he is the janitor of god on a mission for the holy grail.

Tommy visits his wife Isabel in the hospital. She is nearing the end of her life, and having embraced her fate, she attempts to help him understand and accept her imminent death.
Tommy returns home to find his wife Isabel, who is dying of a brain tumor, sitting outside in the snow looking through a telescope.
Howard gives his take on society, god, and justifies why he blew up a building he designed.
Roark talks to the Dean after he has been expelled. The Dean proposes a deal for him to be expected back which is dependent on his loss of individualism. Roark refuses, and the Dean is shocked.
Nicholas is firing Alan from the firm. In Nicholas' full profession stride, he is knocked off balance by being unable to open his briefcase. He composes himself and ends the conversation.
Conrad gets Nicholas a mysterious birthday gift.
After Jessica dies, Annie goes to Wayne to help him. She tells him that Donnie isn't the killer, and she doesn't yet know who is. The last line is, its not over...

Wayne comes to Annie to ask if she knew her husband would be hurt the day at the plant. The Jessica comes up and asks Wayne to come help with her father.

Michael tries to buy the casino from Moe. Moe gets upset and Freddo takes Moe's side. After Moe leaves, Michael tells Freddo never to do that again.
Bonosera goes to the godfather. He tells a story of his daughter getting beaten, and the police do nothing.
Michael talks to Pentageli about Roth organizing the hit, even though Michael knows it was Pentageli. In order to trap Pentageli, Michael asks him to give over terms to the Rosato brothers.
Hagen and Pentageli talk about the old days, and Hagen makes it clear he has betrayed them, and in order to save his family he has to kill himself. They shake.
Michael and Roth talk about Pentageli's betrayal. Roth agrees with Michael in that nothing changes their plans.
Roth monologues about the past and the origin of Las Vegas to Michael.
