Truly, Madly, Deeply

Nina and Jamie were married and passionately in love when Jamie died. Jamie was a cellist with a deep and dramatic personality, Nina less dramatic – she works a regular job, but has great friends who care about her. Her life was shattered when Jamie died, and although she’s moved to a new apartment, she hasn’t really gone on with her life; she longs for him so fervently that he returns, as a ghost. He cannot leave the house, however; she can only be with him there. He also brings friends over from the other side to keep him company when Nina’s working and he’s feeling lonely. In the meantime, Nina has met a man and seen him a few times – she is coming into her own, finding her own uniqueness. Now Nina returns home from helping to deliver her friend’s baby and finds Jamie redecorating.
