Fox comes into Gould's office apologizing for the arguments they had the night before, then Gould says he isn't doing the movie, and instead greenlighting some crapshot. They argue Mamet style until Fox figures out that it was the intern he's sleeping with that changed things. Gould gets cornered and tells Fox to get out.
