This is an interesting scene. Harper is hallucinating while Prior is dreaming. But they see and talk to each other. So Prior tells Harper he's gay, and that her husband is too. Then she gets sad and leaves. This leaves Prior talking to himself about feeling dirty because of AIDS, then he hears an ominous voice saying cryptic things, and he gets really scared.
