Wanda and her boyfriend, George, along with her “brother” (lover) Otto, and Ken, rob a London bank and stash the loot. Wanda and Otto then promptly turn George in to the police and go to recover the loot, but it's gone. Only George knows where the money and jewels are, and in her determination to find out, Wanda poses as an American law student and shows up at the offices of George’s attorney, Archie, who is typically British: conservative, repressed, with a not very fulfilling marriage. Wanda uses her feminine wiles to get the information she seeks.
